2. Subscriptions & Payments
Saving Groceries offers subscription-based access to grocery pricing tools and resources. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All prices are listed on the Plans & Pricing page. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. User Accounts
To access some features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, tools, text, graphics, and software are the property of Saving Groceries, LLC and are protected under copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saving Groceries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Port St. Lucie, FL.
